The body-centered and spirit-centered tools you'll learn in this course are practical, magical and portable.
This deeply experiential program is based on my own journey as a highly sensitive artist and creative. It is centered on the transformational body-centered teachings of Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks and is informed by the pioneering work of Dr. Elaine Aron and her studies of the highly sensitive trait in The Highly Sensitive Person, also called sensory processing sensitivity.
The lavish toolbox I'll share with you also draws from my decades-long studies in Holistic Human Development, yoga and the healing arts, and my advanced training as a BodyMind Vibrance Practitioner at The Hendricks Institute.
