What
is a 'Live Your Dream' Team?
An
Enchanted Life 'Live Your Dream' Team is an action and accountability group. Your
Team is made up of 4 to 7 people, plus a professional facilitator, and meets every other week for 6 sessions. After
the 6 sessions, most Teams continue to meet independently on an ongoing basis, while rotating the role of facilitator.
The sole purpose is of the Team is to help its' members get clarity about and then focus on successfully
completing specific goals on the road to treasured dreams.
These
kinds of groups are also called Success Teams, MasterMinds, Dream Teams, and/or Brain Trusts.
Create the kind of life that works for you. A Team can help you
figure out what that kind of life is -- and how to get it.

According to Barbara Sher, pioneer of the Success
Team concept upon which the Enchanted Life "Live Your Dream" Teams are based, and author of WishCraft and TeamWorks:
"Wishes
and dreams need a lot of friends, because it takes more than desire to make a wish come true. You
need ongoing, sustained effort over an extended period of time.
"Your Team will help you figure
out what you want, and design a plan of action to get it. Week after week, it will get you information and contacts and support.
"You need support and encouragement when times get tough,
and you run into the inevitable interruptions, setbacks, and fears that are part of every journey. But you'll meet
with your team regularly, and they will keep you going. They'll brainstorm new solutions to new problems.
"You'll work on your dream the same way you worked your way through school: by showing up and reporting
in. You had certain small assignments you had to complete one at a time; you had the companionship and the
encouragement that humans need.
"And that's the magic. That's why these
kinds of teams work where other systems don't."

"It is astonishing how
short a time it takes for something wonderful to happen."
