What
would change if you gave yourself complete permission to thrive -- with ease and spaciousness in your days?
As the calendar pages flip by, many women say one of the hardest problems they face
is finding time to care for themselves. Then, when they do get a moment to themselves, they often don't know what they
need to fill themselves back up, or even HOW to relax.
One of the biggest challenges in this age of technology is
that it can create a fast-forward life where we are too busy to take a break. We often speed right by the richness.
- Do you want a deeper, richer connection with yourself and
the important people in your life?
- Are you interested
in learning how to raise your capacity for joy, ease and flow in a way that is reliable, friendly and sustainable?
- Do you want to make more room for what really matters to you?
- Do you want to feel more at home in your body, your relationships and the world?
- Would it feel delicious to give yourself the time and space to spend
an afternoon once a month with a group of kindred spirits exploring and getting better at creating balance in your life?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you are not alone. This
program has grown out of a 'heart-need' that has been expressed by so many of you, and in response to many of
your requests. We will focus on learning the heart-centered and body-centered tools to create -- and maintain -- life
balance.
- The art of presencing, being fully present in the moment
- The daily habit of opening to the flow of joy and well-being
- Making room for what really matters – removing the clutter in both our
inner and outer landscapes
- Listening to your intuition
– that organic sense of inner authority -- and acting on it freely
- Creating a place and a time of your own
- Being
at home in your body
- Dropping the knife of the Inner Critic
(and other troublesome committee members)
- Replacing chaos
& adrenaline addiction with the endorphins of true, sustainable well-being
- Learning from a place of curiosity and celebration, rather than from the ego's ideas of self-improvement
We'll be using the book The Not So Big Life by Sarah Susanka along with the powerful body-centered transformation and presencing
tools I learned studying with Gay and Kathlyn Hendricks at The Hendricks Institute for Conscious Living.
Using simple, playful exercises,
inspiring discussions and support between meetings, we'll explore (and put into practice!) a different way to inhabit
our lives and be more fully present. We'll learn to embody a simpler, more nutrient-rich way of being that will open the
door to many blessings.
