What's included?
Retreat pricing includes:
Location I'll be hosting the retreat at my own Sweet Spot—my home and studio nestled in the quirky, artsy historic hamlet of Patagonia, Arizona, cradled by the Santa Rita Mountains to the northwest and the Patagonia Mountains to the southeast, encircled by the Coronado National Forest. This region is called The Mountain Empire. I recommend flying into the Tucson airport. We're 1 hour and 5 minutes south of the airport. Weather
It's still summery here in November, so you can expect warm, sunny days in the mid-70s and cool, comfortable nights in the low 40s, with humidity around 20%. Patagonia enjoys one of the most sublimely palatable climates in the world, with more than 350 days of sunshine every year. A huge variety of plants and birds and wildlife thrive here. The landscape is surprisingly lush, thanks to the monsoon season in late summer and our elevation of 4050' (compared to Phoenix at 1100', and Tucson at 2700', both of which are hotter and drier). What should I wear?
Comfy clothes! Leave the pinching bra straps and tight waistbands behind. We will do some movement and stretching each day, so comfort rules. Lodging
Choose from a variety of lovely nearby B&Bs, home stays, hotels or resorts, according to your own budget. You might even like to share a room with a fellow retreat participant. Scroll down to the very bottom of page to see some of your local lodging options. Meals
Included in the retreat pricing:
Breakfasts and lunches are not included in the retreat pricing. Also, dinner on Friday and Saturday are times when you can dine on your own, or join up with one or more of your fellow participants to sample some local flavor in Patagonia or neighboring Sonoita's restaurant scene. See restaurant recommendations at the bottom of this page.

I came upon a crossroads
Where I sought only shelter for a brief time.
But as I lay down my sack and kicked off my shoes,
I noticed that this crossroads was like no other I had found.
The air in this place held an inviting warmth
And a vibrancy permeated all things.
As I introduced myself to the travelers here,
I felt no hesitation or discouragement
But sincerity and optimism in their place.
In their eyes, I saw something I could not name
But that felt very much like home.
In this place, together, we shared and encouraged
And rejoiced in the abundance of life.
