How good are you willing to let your life get?

Here's an invitation. Float this question around in your mind: How good am I willing to let my life get?

If you're like me, I'm imagining you've done a lot of "work" in your life. Personal growth. Self-help books. Therapists. It's all gotten you to where you are today. Now, here, today, at this point in your journey, I invite you to ask yourself if you might be willing to let that "work" go. Let the stories go. The fixing. The heaviness and the need to get it right.

Instead, consider:

  • the possibility of stepping off the tiresome treadmill of self-improvement
  • the radical notion that you could create shifts in your life from a place of ease and playfulness
  • feeling a reflexive sense of wonder and curiosity bubble up naturally from inside you
  • the familiar tyranny of self-criticism, guilt and "I should" simply dissolving away
  • the delight in having appreciation and gratitude be your new default mode
  • playing the "victim role" and complaining becoming things you used to do

Hmmm...

Wouldn't THAT be nice?!

If you'd like to feel a steady, sweet flow of organic good feeling in yourself, your relationships, and your work, all the warm support you need is absolutely available to you. My further invitation to you: breathe it in and let yourself have it.

There's a powerful -- and friendly -- toolbox that can help you. And it's my passion to learn and grow using it, while playing and sharing it with like-minded "friends on the noble journey". In whichever learning format you
prefer -- whether it's the spaciousness of one-on-one attention, or the luxurious sense of "tribe" provided by a group.

Have a look around the site. Check it out. Check me out. Listen to your body. If your body gives you a "YES!", lean into that yes.

Come! Let's play our way into our Enchanted Lives...
