Join a luscious learning community full of conscious like-minded spirits… a tribe of vibrant, open, curious people who are committed to practicing and enjoying the body-centered, spirit-centered skills of friendly expansion, playful ease, and full-out creative self-expression of who we truly are — while supporting and celebrating one another in doing so in a ‘community of practice’.

It is so easy to live a miserable life, and it takes great skill and commitment to live a pleasured life. It takes a lot of courage and guts to insist on delight.
