Before we get started...Please note that the following steps are to be done in sequence and may require a bit of patience on your part because there are two layers of security to our private group. (Great because it keeps spammers out completely.)
Step 1Watch this orientation video:
Step 2Join The Sweet Spot Cafe Online Community:
Step 3Request to join our private group area within the community:
This link will take you to a page that has a "JOIN" button or link on it, near the top. Click that. Once you've done this, the system will send an email to me notifying me of your request, and I will then go in manually and approve your request. (Depending on when I get your email and my proximity to my computer, this could take as long as 24 hours, so thanks in advance for your patience.)
Step 4Take a moment to pop over and introduce yourself to the group. Say what you're hoping to get out of the course, and/or perhaps the area(s) where you'd like the most support.
This is your warm and welcoming space -- to ask questions, share triumphs and aha's, and get valuable support and feedback throughout the duration of the course -- and beyond.
Step 5Dive into the course materials below, starting at the top and working down the page!

It seems everything we did today worked for me, and finding that sensation of love is like a welcome feeling of release. However, what I'm also finding is that when I think of someone I know I love, what can sneak in are some surrounding issues of sadness (if the person is gone for example, or unwell, or in the case of my wonderful doggie, quite elderly.. and it feels like a break in the flow of the process. Any input? I invite you to check out these great posts on our private Discussion Forum:
I'm finding myself using the YES Breath to realign inward in some surprising places... not the usual 'meditative places'. I'll do it when I need it most -- in the car or even in conversation! I'll do it subtly and it really helps. and the other person doesn't even notice. Week 4On this final call, we'll be exploring the vital tools for integrating what we've been learning about loving ourselves, and important themes brought up in M.H's recent post about her Roller Coaster Ride. I invite you to check out her discussion thread prior to the call by clicking here.
